I know the rate for packages over 2 ounces is $.61, but when I send something that is 1.9 or even 1.5 ounces it is still addiing rates of $.61. How do I fix this?

Hi, rdtreasurefi.
Actually, the first class rate for a standard envelope over 1 oz., up to 2 oz. is $.61, so your meter is correct. The rate for a standard first class envelope up to 1 oz. is $.44, and over 2 oz. up to 3 oz. is $.78.
I hope this clarifies.

Thank you for your help! I read it wrong. What was actually happening was my scale was set to 1.5 oz with nothing on it. My mistake!
