We have a 1D00. the rates downloaded fine and everything works till we get to International mail. There is now a SBR First Class option in international, which when we try to use doesnt let us select a country. It shows us the country select scvreen and we can type in a country but when we hit enter it just stays on the country select screen and clears the country we entered like we never even entered it. We tried also going to First Class and then Letter in the International but when we try that it says "weight entered is not valid for this class". We always us WOW mode when funning letters because we send out alot be just keep getting these problems. We send out a very large amount of International mail on a daily bases. How can you help?
