Re: My meter is still showing my old rates...

[ Edited ]

The USPS has stated they are going to increase the rates once a year, every year in May.

It's my pleasure to help with this.

Re: My meter is still showing my old rates...

Thanks for the good news!

Guess the "forever stamp" or whatever it's called, made yearly postage rate increases easy for them.

I need to adjust my meter to reflect the recent rate change. I received an e-mail from Pitney Bowes regarding steps to be taken, but cannot seem to locate it or anyone at Pitney Bowes who can help. Our model number is ########.

Re: My meter is still showing my old rates...

I downloaded new rates but still show at old rates, I reconnected yesterday to see if that would correct the problem but it tells me all updates are current?

Re: My meter is still showing my old rates...

I don't have a dog in this show anymore as I finally got my preset set as I posted a page or so ago, but as I continue to receive these emails, it's like a train wreck that I can't help but go back and look.  I see people are still having the same problems and so I again followed your instructions for going to the website and then to my equipment and then to "how to set  the present."  The problem is that those are only half of the instructions.  Those are instructions for "saving" the preset after you have it set.  What people need, Jeremy, is the information on how to "set" the correct rate and then how to "save" the setting (which is all your instructions give.)  My 2 cents, which I'm sure you're tired of getting by now.
