2008 Rate Change - HOW TO UPDATE RATES on Pitney Bowes Equipment

I have been trying UNSUCCESSFULLY to download the rate update for two weeks.  I keep getting the same error message as Dawn.  I even had them ship me a brand new meter and guess what - still the same problem!  I am so frustrated I could throw this meter out the window!  Now I have this week's payroll sitting and waiting for the new meter to accept the update!  I should have stayed with NEOPOST!

We can narrow down the source of this issue, and help you with it.

I have READ EVERYTHING, and even re set up my whole meter again, took the software off my PC, then put it back on....tried downloading it.. and I KEEP GETTING NOTHING....I am fed up too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO I REALLY NEED THIS SOFTWARE,,,OR CAN I JUST TYPE IN THE AMOUNT OF POSTAGE AND PRINT...??????
